Improved construction
We made the solid construction of the fired heaters even more stable. Optimized cover seals and retainers ensure maximum tightness.
High power reserves
In comparison heaters of heat 11 now dispose of more generous sized heating surfaces. This does not only lead to an improved efficiency but also to a higher availability and reassuring power reserves providing the greatest possible investment reliability.
Significantly longer lifetime
Due to the more generous dimensioning the heating surfaces are less loaded. This ensures a long service life of the heater and lower film temperature of the heat transfer fluid. Another effect: The service life is increased and change intervals are prolonged significantly. In addition, pressure drops are decreased and, therefore, the power consumption of the pumps is noticeably reduced.
Up to 20 % lower operation costs
With the development of our new heater generation, we achieved three objectives: To reduce the operating costs, to increase the plant availability and to prolong the service life. Result: Up to 20 % lower operating costs than conventional heaters. Experience our new heaters live in AREA 11 at the ACHEMA 2015 in Frankfurt! We look forward to meet you in Frankfurt!
