The German Brand Award is an award for successful brand management in Germany and the first competition covering all special disciplines of modern brand management. It discovers, presents and awards unique brands and brand makers. Organizers are the German Brand Institute and the German Design Council, which was founded in 1953 by the German Bundestag.
Criteria for nomination in the German Brand Award are e.g. the brand status in the competitive environment, an innovative brand management, the creative positioning (image) and of course the high-quality and professional external presentation in all areas (design and target group address).
