The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the nationally and internationally most widespread ISO standard in quality management (QM). The introduction and implementation of this standard helps to further improve the company performance of heat 11 at all levels. The current version ISO 9001:2015 has been significantly revised on the basis of the previous version 9001:2008.
