With the certification by ISO 9001:2015 heat 11 creates a real added value, both for our internal processes and directly for our customers. The company thereby further increases the efficiency and ensure a constant quality standard across all processes. The certification was completed in April 2019.
The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the nationally and internationally most widespread ISO standard in quality management (QM). The introduction and implementation of this standard helps to further improve the company performance of heat 11 at all levels.
The current version ISO 9001:2015 has been significantly revised on the basis of the previous version 9001:2008.
