Time for gold: The 555th secondary loop

Last week it was reached: heat 11, the specialist for thermal oil boilers, electric heaters and heat transfer plants in Bielefeld/Germany, supplied the 555^th secondary loop shortly after the beginning of the seventh financial year.

Whenever individual plants or equipment are to be independently controlled of the temperature level in the primary circuit, secondary loops are used. Cooling processes are also precisely controlled in combination with coolers.

Over the past six years, heat 11 has built and put into operation afterwards more than 100 thermal oil boilers of various sizes – starting from 90 kW of heating capacity up to 18 MW – with a total capacity of more than 240 MW. In addition, more than 110 electric heaters and heating-cooling units were manufactured.

Since the foundation in the summer of 2010, the company has grown steadily and generated sales of around 8.5 million EUR in the fiscal year 2016. For 2017, further sales expansions to approximately 13 to 14 million EUR are expected. In the meantime, the heat 11 team comprises more than 35 employees, ten of them in the manufacture.
